
Mr. Legere is our lead litigation attorney. A graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Mr. Legere has been practicing law in the state of Texas since 2001. After gaining some prestige as a personal injury lawyer in Collin County, Mr. Legere founded the practice of Joseph Legere & Associates in Frisco, Texas in 2006. Since then, he has successfully tried or negotiated thousands of cases resulting in the recovery of millions of dollars for our clients.
In addition to his litigation work, Mr. Legere has given numerous presentations to legal organizations on personal injury law, litigation tactics, immigration law, and other subjects. He is also an adjunct professor at Collin County Community College, where he teaches tort law and law office management.
